We are still cleaning up some of the Eden reporting for Phase 1 but it is 99% done.

 

GENERAL NOTES (PLEASE READ AS THIS EXPLAINS THE ROADMAP):

1. The Esoteric Molecular service line is being rolled out in phases:

   1. Phase 1: Molecular STI aka AssureSwab

   2. Phase 2: Molecular UTI aka AssureCup

   3. Phase 3: Molecular Wound aka NAME TBD

   4. Phase 4 [in discussions]: Molecular GI aka NAME TBD (AssureStool?)

   5. Phase 5 [in discussions]: Molecular Respiratory aka NAME TBD

PHASES 4 and 5 are being thrown about without any solid plans to commercialize. Phases 1-3 are confirmed

1. Sanford Guide is a well-renown Abx recommendation platform utilized by many providers. We have interfaced with Sanford Guide for Phase 1 and 2​

2. You will note the Sanford guide recommendations in the POSITIVE REPORT
3. TBD if we are interfacing for Phase 3+
4. ​When Phase 2 commercializes, we will do a follow-up training

KEY SELL POINTS/STRATEGIES

1. Sanford Guide is only accessible using the esoteric molecular platform. If clients order the non-esoteric platform (e.g. Hologic), they will not get Sanford recommendations

2. If client is currently using Hologic for the vaginitis testing, present these sample reports and get feedback. They will likely change to esoteric due to the value add
